I have been professionally involved with sales and marketing careers since 1981 and have been a licensed realtor with ERA Muske Company since 1995. For me, it's all about integrity, communication and creating past clients who think of me as their realtor for life and will, without hesitation, refer me to their friends and families. I specialize in existing residential home sales, townhomes and condos, new construction, lakefront properties, hobby farms, bank foreclosures, development sites and land listings. I've sold more than a million dollars of real estate in a MONTH and currently possess a 95% list-price to sold-price ratio for my sellers. My high-tech, high-touch 40-point marketing plan, which employs a room-by-room property analysis, effective staging techniques and a digital slide-show tour of your home and land, is second to none; it sells homes! My buyer representation is free of charge except for a small admin fee at closing and first-time home buyers are always a special treat. I have always believed that there is no substitute for honesty, sincerity and an unwavering commitment to my clients.
